We may refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Because of the nature of digital goods and services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced or been delivered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
